Measurement Guide 

Before shopping for your perfect dress, it is crucial you measure yourself accurately. The dress may look great on our models, however not all of our body types are the same. There are three measurements you need before you select the size for your dress. They are as follows:

Next: Make sure that you are using the correct designer's size chart.   Using these measurements, select the size for your dress.  Dresses are made according to the designers size charts and cannot be custom made, returned or exchanged. If in doubt, order the larger size as it is easier to alter the dress when taking it in versus letting it out.

The Final Size is the customer's decision and responsibility. Alterations maybe needed to get a good fit. Again, make sure that you are using the correct size chart.

Availability of Dresses

Availability of dresses changes frequently. If the designer has the dress in stock, shipping will be in a few days. However, if the dress is not in stock, it may take weeks to ship.

Please note:  We suggest that during the checkout there is a Comment section.  Please select and enter your 2nd and 3rd choice for a dress, in case your first choice is not available.

We will contact the designer regarding the dress availability and shipping date based on your use date within three business days. We will not charge your credit card until we confirm the availability of the dress and shipping date.  Once the order is confirmed, we will charge your credit card to complete the sale and contact you by email.  We will then contact you of the shipping date. Please take into consideration time for possible alterations that maybe needed for a perfect fit. After you have chosen a dress, check your account on our website for status or call us.

Return Policy

Since dresses are special made to order, the dress must be paid in full. Upon receipt of the sale, we will process your order and confirm the items are available and will be shipped to you before your use date within three business days.

We will save your credit card information until the items is confirmed. Once the items are confirmed, we will then charge your credit card and notify you be email.

Please measure carefully.  Using the measurements, select the size using the correct designers size chart. If in doubt, order the larger size as it is easier to take the dress in.

The Final Size is the customer's decision and responsibility. Since dresses are Special Ordered, therefore, as with many other companies, we will not be responsible for gowns ordered by the customer that is to small or to large.

Once the order is placed, the dress is "YOURS". The dress cannot be returned or exchanged. Your money cannot be refunded and the order cannot be cancelled.
