Availability of the item(s) and product(s) changes very frequently. If the designer has the item(s) and product(s) in stock, shipping will be in a few days. However, if the item(s) and product(s) is not in stock, it may take weeks to ship. Therefore, we must have a NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY.

The Dress and Tuxedo Style Selection, the Final Size, Colors and accessories item(s) and product(s) are the CUSTOMER'S DECISION AND RESPONSIBILITY.

Once we receive your order online, we will take up to 3 business days processing the order to CONFIRM the item or product is in stock and will be delivered to you on time. Upon CONFIRMING your order, we will charge your credit card to pay for the item(s) and or product(s). We will notify you immediately by email the shipping date of the item(s) and or product(s).

 

ONCE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED, THE ITEM(S) OR PRODUCT(S) IS “YOURS”. THE ITEM(S) OR PRODUCT(S) CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. YOUR MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED AND THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED.
